Strawberry Lemonade Slush (Fat-Free)

Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) container fresh strawberries, sliced
- 3/4 cup sugar (or to taste)
- 1 cup cold water
- 3/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 cups ice cubes (can use less)
Directions
- 1 In a bowl stir together sliced strawberries with sugar; let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- 2 In a blender process the strawberry/sugar mixture with 1 cup cold water, 3/4 cup lemon juice and 2 cups ice cubes until smooth.
- 3 Pour into 2 tall glasses.
- 4 Serve immediately.
