Meatball Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh breadcrumb
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg, unbeaten
  • 1/2 lb ground chuck

Directions

  • 1 For soup, add all ingredients to Dutch oven.
  • 2 Boil for 30 minutes.
  • 3 Make meatballs: Mix all ingredients and shape into 12 balls.
  • 4 Refrigerate 30 minutes and then drop into boiling soup and simmer 10 minutes.
