3-Step Pork Chops  (W/ Mushroom  Gravy)
Time: 1 hrs 10 mins
Ingredients
- 6    pork chops, bone-in
 - 2 tablespoons    oil
 - 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans    cream of mushroom soup
 - 1 1/4 cups     milk  (1 soup can)
 - 2/3 cup     water   (1/2 soup can)
 - 1/8-1/4 teaspoon garlic powder or 1/8-1/4 teaspoon     onion powder
 - salt and pepper, to taste
 
Directions
- 1 Brown pork chops in oil then place in large baking dish or roaster.
 - 2 In large bowl, mix remaining ingredients and pour over pork chops.
 - 3 Cover and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs until tender.
