Sugar - Spiced Nuts

Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 1 teaspoon water
- 2 (12 ounce) cans 5 cups total mixed nuts
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
Directions
- 1 Grease a 15*10*1-inch baking pan. Set pan aside.
- 2 In a large mixing bowl beat egg white and water till frothy.
- 3 Add the nuts and toss to coat.
- 4 Combine sugar and pumpkin pie spice.
- 5 Sprinkle over the nuts; toss to coat.
- 6 Spread nuts in a single layer in the prepared baking pan.
- 7 Bake in a 325 degree oven for 20 minutes.
- 8 Cool slightly in pan.
- 9 Transfer to waxed paper to cool.
- 10 Break into clusters.
- 11 Store tightly covered up to 1 week.
