Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1/2 cup boiling hot milk
- 1 cup sifted flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Directions
- 1 Beat eggs until very light.
- 2 Beat in sugar, salt and vanilla.
- 3 Beat in butter in milk.
- 4 Sift flour and baking powder and beat quickly into mixture.
- 5 Immediately pour into greased 9-inch pan.
- 6 Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
