Salmon With Bourbon and Brown Sugar Glaze

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 lbs salmon steaks (4)
  • 1/3 cup Bourbon

Directions

  • 1 Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • 2 Stir in brown sugar.
  • 3 Place salmon fillets on top of mixture and cook for 5 minutes.
  • 4 Turn salmon, and pour bourbon around the fillets.
  • 5 Continue cooking for 5 minutes or until fish tests done with a fork.
  • 6 Serve salmon with the glaze spooned on top.
