Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 1/2 lbs salmon steaks (4)
- 1/3 cup Bourbon
Directions
- 1 Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 2 Stir in brown sugar.
- 3 Place salmon fillets on top of mixture and cook for 5 minutes.
- 4 Turn salmon, and pour bourbon around the fillets.
- 5 Continue cooking for 5 minutes or until fish tests done with a fork.
- 6 Serve salmon with the glaze spooned on top.
