Lobster and Cous Cous Sushi

Ingredients

  • 50 g couscous, prepared according to packet and cooled
  • 2 nori sushi sheets
  • 100 g lobster tails, cooked and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons wasabi

Directions

  • 1 Place cous cous onto sushi sheets as you would normally place rice for making regular sushi.
  • 2 Top with lobster and wasabi sauce and roll as per regular sushi.
