Ingredients
- 50 g couscous, prepared according to packet and cooled
- 2 nori sushi sheets
- 100 g lobster tails, cooked and chopped
- 2 tablespoons wasabi
Directions
- 1 Place cous cous onto sushi sheets as you would normally place rice for making regular sushi.
- 2 Top with lobster and wasabi sauce and roll as per regular sushi.
