Fresh Horseradish Sauce

Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb horseradish root, peeled
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 cups white wine vinegar

Directions

  • 1 Finely shred the horseradish root. It may make your eyes water like onions do!
  • 2 Add remaining ingredients to bowl and mix well.
  • 3 Funnel into clean 1/2 pint jars and cover with caps.
  • 4 Will keep in refrigerator for one year.
