Ingredients
- 1/2 lb horseradish root, peeled
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 cups white wine vinegar
Directions
- 1 Finely shred the horseradish root. It may make your eyes water like onions do!
- 2 Add remaining ingredients to bowl and mix well.
- 3 Funnel into clean 1/2 pint jars and cover with caps.
- 4 Will keep in refrigerator for one year.
