Dilled Carrots

Ingredients
- 2 lbs baby carrots
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or 2 tsps dried)
- salt and pepper
Directions
- 1 Cook carrots in water in a covered skillet until barely tender. Salt and pepper to taste.
- 2 Uncover and add sugar, orange juice and butter. Add dill.
- 3 Cook over high heat until most of the water has evaporated and carrots are lightly glazed. Taste for seasoning.
