Country Ham Quiche

Ingredients
- 1 single crust pie shells or 1 pastry dough
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 1 cup ham, cooked and finely chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
Directions
- 1 In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs and half-and-half.
- 2 Stir in ham, cheeses, pepper and red pepper.
- 3 Pour mixture into the prepared pastry shell.
- 4 Bake in a 350 oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
- 5 Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
- 6 Garnish as desired.
