Chinese Soup

Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 cups mushrooms (sliced)
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 (80 g) packages ramen noodles
  • 2 tablespoons sherry wine
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 dash Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 cup green onion

Directions

  • 1 Fry mushrooms, and garlic in oil.
  • 2 Add water and the flavour packs from the instant noodles. Bring to a boil.
  • 3 Add the noodles. Simmer 3 minutes.
  • 4 Add onions and your choice of any garnishes.
