Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 cups mushrooms (sliced)
- 4 cups water
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 (80 g) packages ramen noodles
- 2 tablespoons sherry wine
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 dash Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 cup green onion
Directions
- 1 Fry mushrooms, and garlic in oil.
- 2 Add water and the flavour packs from the instant noodles. Bring to a boil.
- 3 Add the noodles. Simmer 3 minutes.
- 4 Add onions and your choice of any garnishes.
