Bisquick Oatmeal Muffins

Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 3/4 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cup milk

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 400.
  • 2 Grease 12 muffin cups or use paper liners.
  • 3 Mix all ingredients with a spoon to combine.
  • 4 Beat for about 30 seconds.
  • 5 Fill muffin cups 2/3 full with batter.
  • 6 Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
  • 7 Remove from pan immediately, split and butter each muffin.
  • 8 Cold muffins warm well in the microwave (20-30 seconds on high).
