Bisquick Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients
- 2 cups Bisquick
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3/4 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1 egg
- 2/3 cup milk
Directions
- 1 Heat oven to 400.
- 2 Grease 12 muffin cups or use paper liners.
- 3 Mix all ingredients with a spoon to combine.
- 4 Beat for about 30 seconds.
- 5 Fill muffin cups 2/3 full with batter.
- 6 Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
- 7 Remove from pan immediately, split and butter each muffin.
- 8 Cold muffins warm well in the microwave (20-30 seconds on high).
