Shrimp in Garlic Espanol

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1 lb medium raw shrimp, cleaned
- salt, to taste
Directions
- 1 In large skillet heat 1/3 cup olive oil; stir in 4 cloves garlic, chopped, 2 bay leaves, and 1 teaspoon Tabasco pepper sauce.
- 2 When garlic sizzles, add 1 pound medium-sized, raw, cleaned shrimp.
- 3 Stir-fry until shrimp are pink (about 3 minutes).
- 4 Sprinkle with salt to taste.
