Shrimp in Garlic Espanol

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 1 lb medium raw shrimp, cleaned
  • salt, to taste

Directions

  • 1 In large skillet heat 1/3 cup olive oil; stir in 4 cloves garlic, chopped, 2 bay leaves, and 1 teaspoon Tabasco pepper sauce.
  • 2 When garlic sizzles, add 1 pound medium-sized, raw, cleaned shrimp.
  • 3 Stir-fry until shrimp are pink (about 3 minutes).
  • 4 Sprinkle with salt to taste.
