My Deviled Eggs (yummy)

Time: 1 hrs 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs, hard cooked,halved
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard (I combine dijon and regular mustard)
  • 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • paprika (to garnish)

Directions

  • 1 Hard Boiling the Eggs:.
  • 2 Place eggs in saucepan and cover with water 1 inch above the top of the eggs.
  • 3 Bring to a boil.
  • 4 Turn off heat and cover for 20 minutes.
  • 5 Remove shells, halve the eggs, and remove yolks to a bowl.
  • 6 Deviled Eggs Filling:.
  • 7 Mash yolks with a fork.
  • 8 Add remaining ingredients.
  • 9 Mix either by hand or hand mixer.
  • 10 Spoon or pipe filling into egg whites.
  • 11 Garnish with sprinkled paprika.
  • 12 Chill 1 hour before serving.
