My Deviled Eggs (yummy)
Time: 1 hrs 30 mins
Ingredients
- 6 eggs, hard cooked,halved
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard (I combine dijon and regular mustard)
- 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- paprika (to garnish)
Directions
- 1 Hard Boiling the Eggs:.
- 2 Place eggs in saucepan and cover with water 1 inch above the top of the eggs.
- 3 Bring to a boil.
- 4 Turn off heat and cover for 20 minutes.
- 5 Remove shells, halve the eggs, and remove yolks to a bowl.
- 6 Deviled Eggs Filling:.
- 7 Mash yolks with a fork.
- 8 Add remaining ingredients.
- 9 Mix either by hand or hand mixer.
- 10 Spoon or pipe filling into egg whites.
- 11 Garnish with sprinkled paprika.
- 12 Chill 1 hour before serving.
