Morning Rice

Time: 24 hrs 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked brown rice
  • 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons honey or 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons raisins

Directions

  • 1 Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl.
  • 2 Stir, cover, chill overnight and serve.
