Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups chopped ripe mangoes
- 1/2 cup unsweetened orange juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- lime rind, curls
- grated lime rind
Directions
- 1 Combine mango, orange juice and honey in a blender and process until smooth.
- 2 Pour mixture into an 8-inch square pan, cover and freeze until firm.
- 3 To serve, spoon into individual dessert dishes, garnish with lime curls and lime rind, if desired.
