Mango Sorbet

Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups chopped ripe mangoes
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened orange juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • lime rind, curls
  • grated lime rind

Directions

  • 1 Combine mango, orange juice and honey in a blender and process until smooth.
  • 2 Pour mixture into an 8-inch square pan, cover and freeze until firm.
  • 3 To serve, spoon into individual dessert dishes, garnish with lime curls and lime rind, if desired.
