Avocado Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup 2% low-fat milk
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice

Directions

  • 1 Mix everything in a blender until smooooooth.
  • 2 If you want it thicker, add more ice, if you really like vanilla, add more!
  • 3 this is a very flexible recipe and really satisfying!
