Thick Mixed Berry Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed field berries
- 1 banana
- 1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt
- 1 cup milk
- 6 ice cubes (optional)
Directions
- 1 Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- 2 Blend until smooth.
