Tangy Lamb Patties

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground lamb
  • 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed bay leaf
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed rosemary
  • 1/2 cup white wine or 1/2 cup chicken broth

Directions

  • 1 In a medium bowl, mix together the lamb through the rosemary until well blended.
  • 2 Shape into small patties.
  • 3 In a large skillet, heat wine over medium heat and cook patties, turning occasionally, about 15 minutes for medium or 20 minutes for well-done.
