Strawberry Splendor Pizza Recipe

Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter (melted)
• 2 cups flour
• 1 cup finely chopped pecans

Directions

• 1 Heat oven to 350 degrees.
• 2 Coat a pizza pan with nonstick cooking spray.
• 3 Line with parchment paper.
• 4 Combine butter, flour, and pecans in medium bowl.
• 5 Press mixture over bottom of pan.
• 6 Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes. Let cool.
• 7 To make filling, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar in a large bowl with a mixer.
• 8 Beat until well blended and fluffy--about 2 minutes.
• 9 Beat in vanilla.
• 10 Fold in whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust.
• 11 To garnish, place each strawberry, cut side down on top of filling to cover pie.
• 12 Brush strawberries with the melted jelly.
