Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup self-rising flour
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 2 cups milk
- 200 g tuna or 200 g salmon
- 1/2 cup grated tasty cheese
- 1 pinch ground pepper
Directions
- 1 In a large bowl beat together eggs, milk, flour.
- 2 Stir in the rest of the ingredients.
- 3 Pour into 30cm pie plate and bake at 190 deg C until the top is brown - ususally about 35 to 40 minutes.
