Savoury Impossible Pie

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 cups milk
  • 200 g tuna or 200 g salmon
  • 1/2 cup grated tasty cheese
  • 1 pinch ground pepper

Directions

  • 1 In a large bowl beat together eggs, milk, flour.
  • 2 Stir in the rest of the ingredients.
  • 3 Pour into 30cm pie plate and bake at 190 deg C until the top is brown - ususally about 35 to 40 minutes.
