Krispie Candies

Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 ounce) package chocolate chips
  • 1 (12 ounce) package butterscotch chips
  • 1 (5 ounce) can chow mein noodles
  • 1 (4 ounce) package salted peanuts

Directions

  • 1 Put chocolate chips and butterscotch chips in the saucepan. Put the saucepan on the burner and turn on the stove to low.
  • 2 Stir and stir until the mixture is melted and smooth.
  • 3 Remove saucepan from heat.
  • 4 Turn off the burner and quickly add the chow mein noodles and the peanuts.
  • 5 Mix and stir until they are evenly coated.
  • 6 Cover the cookie sheets with wax paper.
  • 7 Drop the candy by teaspoonfuls onto the wax paper-covered cookie sheets.
  • 8 Put the cookie sheets into the refrigerator to cool the candies.
  • 9 When they are cool, take them off the waxed paper. Put them in plastic bags. Keep them in the refrigerator.
