Hot Roast Beef Sandwiches

Time: 3 hrs 10 mins

Ingredients

• 3 lbs beef chuck roast
• 1 ounce dry onion soup mix
• 1 beef bouillon cube
• 3 ounces sliced mushrooms, with juice

Directions

• 1 Cook beef until tender.
• 2 Pull apart into shreds, saving beef juice.
• 3 Use no salt as this contains boullion.
• 4 Mix all ingredients into beef mixture and reheat.
• 5 Perfect in a crockput.
• 6 Serve on fresh rolls.
