Crunchy Rolls

Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups Rice Krispies, coarsely crushed
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (6 ounce) can hungry jack refrigerated biscuits or 1 (6 ounce) can other refrigerated biscuits
  • 3 tablespoons milk

Directions

  • 1 Combine the cereal, cheese and salt.
  • 2 Cut the biscuits into fourths ans shape into balls.
  • 3 Dip balls in milk; dredge in cereal mixture and place 1 inch apart on a greased baking sheet.
  • 4 Bake at 400 for 6-8 mins or until browned.
  • 5 If making garlic ones, I use 3 Tablespoons of melted butter instead of the milk and add 1 clove garlic minced into the the cereal mixture.
