Chicken Finger Pasta
Time: 40 mins
Ingredients
- 4     boneless chicken breasts
 - 1/2 cup     parmesan cheese
 - 1/2 cup    breadcrumbs
 - 1 teaspoon     basil
 - 1 tablespoon     olive oil
 - 1 (14 ounce) can     Italian-style tomato sauce
 - 1/2 cup     water
 - 1 cup   grated   mozzarella cheese
 
Directions
- 1 Cut chicken into strips.
 - 2 In a plastic bag combine parmesan cheese, bread crumbs and basil.
 - 3 Add chicken pieces and coat well.
 - 4 In large frying pan and olive oil brown chicken pieces for 5 minutes.
 - 5 Add can of Italian tomato sauce and water.
 - 6 Simmer 10 minutes.
 - 7 Sprinkle mozzarella over top.
 - 8 Cover frying pan with a lid for 1 minute until the cheese has melted. No need to stir.
 - 9 In a serving dish have cooked pasta ready and pour chicken mixture over top.
