Ingredients
- 1 lb hake or 1 lb cod
- 8 fresh ramps (or wild leeks)
- olive oil
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 2 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper
- garlic clove
Directions
- 1 Preheat grill to high.
- 2 Rub the fish and the ramps with olive oil, season with garlic, salt and pepper.
- 3 Place on a soaked cedar plank place on a preheated grill med high heat.
- 4 Cook by indirect heat method until desired doneness is achieved.
