Ramps and Hake Grilled on a Cedar Plank

Ingredients

  • 1 lb hake or 1 lb cod
  • 8 fresh ramps (or wild leeks)
  • olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper
  • garlic clove

Directions

  • 1 Preheat grill to high.
  • 2 Rub the fish and the ramps with olive oil, season with garlic, salt and pepper.
  • 3 Place on a soaked cedar plank place on a preheated grill med high heat.
  • 4 Cook by indirect heat method until desired doneness is achieved.
