Jet Potatoes

Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • 6 -7 medium potatoes
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cups shredded longhorn cheddar cheese

Directions

  • 1 Peel and cube potatoes.
  • 2 Put in saucepan with water and boil until tender.
  • 3 Drain.
  • 4 Add sour cream, onion, salt and pepper.
  • 5 Whip with mixer until creamy.
  • 6 Put into a 9x13 lightly butter baking dish.
  • 7 Top with cheese.
  • 8 Bake at 350* for 25-30 minutes.
