Cheesy English Muffin Appetizer
Time: 15 mins
Ingredients
- 1 (4 1/4 ounce) can chopped ripe olives
- 1/2 cup green onion, tops included
- 1 1/2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 English muffins, sliced in half
Directions
- 1 Mix the first six ingredients together.
- 2 Spread mixture on halves of English Muffins.
- 3 Cut frosted halves into 4 wedges.
- 4 Place on cookie sheet and bake in oven at 350 until top is bubbly, about 10 minutes.
- 5 You can broil them, but then you will have to watch them carefully.
- 6 These can be frozen uncooked- just put the topping on the english muffin and freeze in an airtight container.
