Bananapaya Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 papaya, peeled seeded, and cubed
  • 2 frozen bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4-1/3 cup 2% low-fat milk

Directions

  • 1 In a blender add yogurt and honey.
  • 2 Then add papaya and bananas, blend.
  • 3 Add milk and blend until desired smoothness.
